Privacy Policy

Newleaf Grace Hub respects your privacy. Our website is a static, informational site: it does not use tracking cookies, it does not run analytics, and it does not collect or store personal information on its own servers. When you send us a message through the contact form on this site, your name, email address, and message are transmitted to FormSubmit, a third-party form-delivery service, which relays them to us by email. They are not stored on this website. FormSubmit's handling of your data is governed by its own privacy policy. When you sign up to volunteer or register interest through a form linked from this site, that form is hosted by Google Forms. The information you enter is submitted directly to Google and reaches us through that service. Google's handling of your data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. When you choose to donate, you are taken to an external donation platform (such as CanadaHelps or Zeffy). Any personal or payment information you provide there is collected and stored by that platform under its own privacy policy, not by Newleaf Grace Hub. No payment information is ever entered on or stored by this website. We use the information you send us only to respond to you and to carry out the purpose for which you contacted us. We do not sell or trade your personal information. We keep it only as long as needed for that purpose; third-party services retain data according to their own policies. If you have any questions about this policy or about information you have shared with us, please contact us through the form on this site.
