Community Service
Volunteer With Us
Join our team of volunteers bringing warmth, kindness, and practical care to individuals and families facing life's heaviest chapters.
Volunteer Roles
Ways You Can Serve
We welcome individuals with a compassionate heart, whether you have 2 hours a month or a regular weekly commitment.
Gathering & Event Hosts
Help welcome attendees at our booked library partner rooms and community workshops. Set up comfortable seating, offer warm tea and refreshments, and create an atmosphere where people immediately feel at ease.
Peer Listening Volunteers
Walk alongside individuals navigating grief, caregiver fatigue, or illness. We provide training in empathetic, non-judgmental listening and boundary care so you feel fully equipped to support others.
Workshop & Creative Leaders
Share your creative gifts (such as drawing, gentle music, craft-making, or wellness facilitation) to help lead or assist with renewal workshops that relieve isolation.
Community Navigators
Assist family members in researching local food programs, hospital transit, caregiver respite grants, and community healthcare services across Peel Region.
